What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Two-room apartment with adjoining rooms in Riga centre, on the third floor without elevator. Cable internet with WI-FI. Beds are in the both rooms. Bed linen and towels. Kitchen-studio is full equipped and combined with living room. There are a shower, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Non-smoking. Parties are not allowed. Using of open fire to light candles or incense sticks, etc. and strongly smelling substances is strictly prohibited. Outsiders are not allowed. Guests are not permitted to invite any visitor to stay in the night, who is not paid as a guest. Tenant pays for heating to landlord separately.

  • The guest in  the apartment must behave quietly and respect the peace of the neighbours living in the house.
  • Noisy parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in our apartment or building.
  • A fine of 100 euros will be charged for smoking in a building or apartment for  one case. If the guest continues to smoke, we will terminate the contract without refunding the booking fee.
  • Guests may smoke only in the yard, where it does not disturb anyone.
  • A guest cannot bring people for the night who have not paid for their stay and are not my guests.
  • Before booking the guest must inform us that he accepts these Rules.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
