What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Two separate bedroom apartment in Riga centre on the third floor. Economy option.
Cable internet + WI-FI. Bed linen and towels.
Kitchen is full equipped and combined with shower. Toilet is private, but in vestibule of apartment.
There are a shower, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Non-smoking. Parties are not allowed.
Using of open fire to light candles or incense sticks, etc. and strongly smelling substances is strictly prohibited.
Outsiders are not allowed. Guests are not permitted to invite any visitor to stay in the night, who is not paid as a guest.
Tenant pays for heating to landlord separately.

The guest in the apartment must behave quietly and respect the peace of the neighbours living in the house.
Noisy parties are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in our apartment or building.
A fine of 100 euros will be charged for smoking in a building or apartment for one case. If the guest continues to smoke, we will terminate the contract without refunding the booking fee.
Guests may smoke only in the yard, where it does not disturb anyone.
A guest cannot bring people for the night who have not paid for their stay and are not my guests.
Before booking the guest must inform us that he accepts these Rules.

Find your home 100% online
With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
