What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Three bedroom apartment. Riga centre. First floor.
Big kitchen: two induction stoves, microwave, two fridge, dishwasher, kettles, crockery and a toaster.
Furniture: single beds, tables, wardrobes, computer desks and chairs, clean bed linen and towels. Internet cable with Wi-Fi.
The shower combined with a WC, washing machine and hair-dryer. Additional WC. Clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
Open fire to light candles or incense sticks or strongly smelling substances is prohibited.
Guests are not permitted to invite any visitor to stay in the night, who is not paid as a guest. Tenant pays for heating to landlord separately.

Do you want to live with all your friends? Then this place is for you. With its 14 beds, you will have a whale of a time living in Riga. The rooms are simple and functional with everything you need. There is also space to hang out as a group in the kitchen area. There is a bathroom and an additional room with a toilet.
Avoti is a quiet residential area, there are a few cafes, bars and restaurants for you to enjoy. Your nearest grocery store is Elvi and it is located just an 8-minute walk away. The location is convenient since it is only a 25-minute walk to the Old City and a 15-minute stroll to the city centre.
What we liked the most
- It's great how many people can fit in - there are 14 single beds!
- The kitchen area is a good place to chill.
- You are in a quiet part of town that is not too loud.
- You can easily get to the river for a little stroll.

This apartment is situated 25 Min by walk or 7 Min by transport to Old Riga (Vecriga). It is only 2 trolleybus stops or 20 Min walking distance from the Central railway station and the Central bus station. It takes only 40-50 minutes by bus from Riga International Airport. Public transport is convenient. A lot of bars, restaurants and luncheonettes are located within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. I help in the search for sights and other objects in Riga and Latvia. House rules. Guest can enter and leave the apartment at any time. Guest can contact me at any time and for any request. Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard (not in the apartment), fine for smoking in the apartment is EUR 100. Guests are not permitted to hold any visitor to stay, who is not paid as a guest
