This charming 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Pintor Salvador Abril in L’Eixample. Located on the 6th floor and split into two levels, this apartment is spacious and inviting. On the upper level, the living room has a double bed, shelving, chairs, and plenty of natural light thanks to the skylights. You’ll also find two sofas here - fantastic for having friends over! Down on the lower level of the apartment, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, which comes with appliances like an oven, and a dining table. The second bedroom has a single bed and a bright window. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink with vanity.

L’Eixample is a comfortable part of Valencia. Why? Not in the dead center of the city, this neighborhood is authentic. All around the apartment, you’ll find restaurants with delicious food, including Nozomi Sushi Bar and Torre de Utiel.
