Apartamento de dos habitaciones, eran tres, pero se integró en comedor-salon-despacho-cocina americana. A media hora, caminando, del centro de Valencia. Junto a la parada de metro de nueve de octubre, y al lado del cauce del río Turia, ideal para ir en bici o hacer running y muy cerca del Bioparc. A escasos minutos del Hospital General de Valencia, y zona llena de comercios, restaurantes, etc. Un lugar muy luminoso , tranquilo y acogedor, ideal para vivir.

Around the area, you can find restaurants, bars and banks in close proximity. For cultural trips, you can visit the Antigua Carcel Modelo, which used to be a prison but is occupied today by the General Headquarters of the Air Force. The Cabecera park, located 9 minutes away, by foot is a must visit.
