Camere luminose e accoglienti, aree comuni con ampi spazi confortevoli. Riscaldamento e caminetto per l’inverno, aria condizionata e piscina condominiale per l’estate. L’autobus è a ottocento metri a piedi. Per una maggiore comodità, si consiglia l’uso di auto, motorino o monopattino. Garage privato a disposizione. Distanze in auto: centro Roma, venti minuti; stazione Aurelia, otto minuti; metro Battistini, quindici minuti.
