Spacious rooms for rent in a spacious villa located in residential area, surrounded by a large private garden. Ideal for studying, relaxing and playing sports. Pets welcome. Bright and welcoming rooms, common areas with large comfortable spaces. Heating and fireplace for the winter, air conditioning and communal pool for the summer. The bus is eight hundred meters walk. For your convenience, we recommend the use of a car, scooter or scooter. Private garage available. Distances by car: centre of Rome, twenty minutes; station Aurelia, eight minutes; metro Battistini, fifteen minutes.
