In the kitchenette (that can also be closed off when not in use), you will find 2 x hobs, a sink, a microwave and an under-the-counter fridge with freezer box. As well as a comfortable armchair and coffee table to chill out in after a hard day, the studio also features a flat-screen TV that is wall-mounted. For additional storage, you can find space above the kitchenette, plus there’s also hanging space next to the bed.
The en-suite is modern and bright with a walk-in shower and white and metallic finishes throughout.
You’ll have full access to the basement cycle store where you will be able to access shared washing machines and for those warm sunny days (as well as the cool ones), there’s a communal garden for you to enjoy at the back of the property.
When it comes to transport links, you will be extremely well connected to London's bustling transport network. As well as numerous bus stops close by, both West Hampstead Thameslink and Underground Station are just a short 9-minute walk from the property. West End Lane is your closest high street and can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes! As well as having numerous shops, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, you’ll find one of London’s most popular bakeries, ‘Gail’s’.
If you are a fitness fan, as well as a personal training studio and boxing gym nearby, less than a 15-minute walk away, you will find the local sports field on Lymington Road where you can access tennis courts, a squash club, a cricket club, and a hockey club.
Hampstead, of course, is famous for its famous Heath which offers plenty of green space, heritage buildings, pubs, cafes, bathing ponds and let’s not forget Parliament Hill – one of, if not the best places in the capital to be able to see the London skyline. The price shown is based on one person occupying the apartment and is based on a 10-12 month contract. All utilities are included to a fair usage policy as well as regular cleaning from our housekeeping team.
Double occupancy and shorter contract periods are available.
Council tax is extra and is paid directly to the council.
