This wonderful studio apartment for rent on Calle de Bordadores is on the 1st floor and located in Centro. It has the feel of a 1-bedroom apartment. Rooms are compartmentalized, but flow into one another. The bathroom does have a door, as well as a shower cabin. There is central heating and AC throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and the cozy living room is furnished with a sofa, a couple of chairs and a TV. The sleeping area has a double bed and a large standalone wardrobe.
Anyone who enjoys a lively neighborhood will adore Centro. This is downtown Madrid, and you can keep yourself busy day and night. You’re close to two busy squares — Plaza Mayor and Plaza de España — where you’ll find great tapas and sangria. There are dozens of restaurants surrounding your new home. There are bars and nightclubs too. There are several nearby theaters, galleries, and museums, and the San Miguel Market is just a 3-minute walk away.
