This excellent 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Calle de Bordadores is on the 5th floor and located in the city center. The front door opens into a spacious living and dining room. It’s furnished with a 4-seat table, sofa, armchair, coffee table, and TV. The kitchen occupies its own space. It’s cozy but fully equipped and includes a washing machine. The bathroom is ensuite, and the bedroom is absolutely huge and furnished with twin beds that can form a double.
Living in Centro means you’re close to numerous performance venues. The Kamikaze Pavon Theatre is 10 minutes away and Teatro Real is a 5-minute walk. You’ll find the standard things like banks, supermarkets, restaurants, and tourist sites. But the area also offers up a few charming and hip places to visit. The Rastro flea market is a great place for bargain shoppers and hipsters, and the San Miguel Market is perfect for foodies.
