This sunny studio apartment for rent on Calle de Bordadores is on the 5th floor and located in Centro. It’s on the top floor, so you get plenty of natural light. The kitchen is near the front door. It’s modern, fully equipped and leads you to the main bedroom area, which has a TV and double bed. There is also a dining area with a small round table and chairs, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower cabin.
Your new studio is in the downtown Centro neighborhood. Everything you need is close by: supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and clothing shops. Everything to entertain you is also nearby. There are dozens of bars and restaurants, theaters, and even a few night clubs. When you’re looking to get a history lesson, historical sites like the Royal Palace are within a 10-minute walk.
