Spotahome's opinion
This five bedroom, three bathroom apartment is utterly gorgeous! All rooms are sunny and tastefully decorated, and bedroom 3 has it's own en-suite bathroom, with the other 2 bathrooms shared between the remaining four rooms. You will be pleased to discover the lovely living area, a really pleasant room where you can relax and socialise with your roommates. All of this combined with a fully equipped kitchen and a great location in the exclusive Salamanca neighborhood make this apartment a fantastic option. The total floor area is 150 sqm.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is very homey and welcoming, with polished wooden floors, lots of big windows and freshly painted mustard coloured walls.
- You will surely love the warm and cozy living area, furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs and a bookcase. There is also a big window with views to the street.
- The kitchen is very well-equipped: a washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, toaster, fridge, microwave and everything else you can need for cooking and dining, including plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. There is plenty of storage space and a window overlooking an internal community area.
Things to keep in mind
- Two of the rooms are singles, but at 150 m2, the apartment is extremely spacious.
