Spotahome's opinion
Rooms available for rent in a six bedroom, three bathroom 200 m² apartment in posh Salamanca. Two of the bathrooms are en-suite, while the third is shared by tenants of the other rooms. This is the most exclusive neighbourhood of Madrid where you will find the best restaurants, top end shops and trendy lounge bars.
What we liked the most
- This elegant apartment is beautifully decorated with traditional style furniture. It has nice polished wooden floors and lots of windows that let in good natural light.
- The kitchen is furnished with a dining table with eight chairs and has built in cabinets that provide lots of storage space. It has everything you need for cooking and dining including a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, sink and a dishwasher. Pots, pans, cutlery, plates and glasses are also provided. There is also a separate storage room to store cleaning products.
- The living room is very spacious and has a dining table with six chairs, two sofas, a coffee table and two small tables with lamps. There is also a big window overlooking the street.

- Rooms 1 and 3 have ensuite bathrooms.
