This small but homely one bedroom apartment suitable for a single person or a couple. The apartment was recently renovated and has a brand new wooden floor, modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is a dining area attached to the kitchen and a separate living room with a comfy couch and TV. From the living room you can access the bedroom, which is setup up with enough closet space for two and a desk.

Please be aware that Spotahome is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. After the landlord has accepted your booking request, they will send you an invitation to book a call within 1-2 days to discuss the next steps. After the call, you will be able to sign the rental contract digitally and securely. Please be aware that the booking is only complete after the rental contract has been signed and the first payment has been made.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
