Our apartment is on the 2nd floor (elevator available). It has 3 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. All rooms have very big windows facing East or South and have access to a balcony or winter garden. The apartment’s kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the dining room allows you to have cozy dinners with your flatmates and the living room is perfect for movie nights or relaxed evenings. The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The apartment is located in West Schwabing in a green area, just next to the Petuelpark and surrounded by a small brook. Central Schwabing with its Bohemian vibes, chic boutiques, lively bars and the famous English Garden is just a few bus or tram stops away.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
