What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Sunny attic located in the gothic area, near the majestic Cathedral de Santa Eulalia. It contains two bedrooms: one double room with twin beds and the other with a single bed. Living - dinning room and open-concept kitchen with access to the magnificent terrace. The apartment has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
