Balcony with table and chairs and small balcony in front of the kitchen. - Final cleaning: sixty-five euros. -The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover them a deposit of three-hundred euros per month is to be made. -Damage Deposit equivalent to two month's rent This apartment is for vacation and leisure use.
