Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This is a beautiful and modern apartment of about 42m2 perfectly distributed.  Upon entering, you will find a bright living room tastefully decorated with modern touches and cheerful colors. The living room has a study or work area, ideal if you are looking for something comfortable where you can hold your meetings remotely or telework. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary utensils and appliances such as oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, gas stove, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has heat pump heating, and fiber wifi. About the neighborhood: This nice apartment is located in Putxet street, in the neighborhood of Putxet i el Farró, within the district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. This area is very residential and quiet. Nearby you will find all kinds of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, hospitals and beautiful restaurants with very enjoyable terraces. In front of the property, you have the Jardins del Putxet, an ideal place where you can walk outdoors, play sports or just relax. If what you want is to move around the city of Barcelona, you have the nearest metro stop: Lesseps L3 and the FGC stop Av. Tibidabo.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
