Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). his is a beautiful studio fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in. Ideal for people who come to live for a season in Barcelona.  It has about 20m2 perfectly distributed. Upon entering you will find the living room decorated with great taste. The living room has access to a spectacular furnished terrace of about 25 m2 with completely exterior views. Ideal to enjoy the evenings of spring and summer.  The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, and kitchen utensils.  The sleeping area consists of a large and comfortable sofa bed located in the living room and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning by cold or heat pump and gas heating. There is also 100MB fiber wifi. The neighborhood The apartment is located in Cendra street, in the Raval; in a quiet and residential area. Nearby you can find all kinds of services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, and restaurants.   In addition, it is perfectly connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus. The nearest station is Sant Antoni (L2).

Fees:

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
