Apartment is in perfect conditions and looks amazing. The property is on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator.
3 complete bathrooms: each of them include shower, sink and toilet, guaranteeing that their will always be at least one bathroom will be available.
Kitchen: huge fully equipped kitchen with two big fridge-freezers, two dishwashers, utensils, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, waffle maker, blender, bowls, glasses etc. Each tenant has at least one big indiviudal shelf to keep food products in kitchen cupboard and one individual shelf in the fridge.
Bedrooms: each bedroom is fully furnished with single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf, lamp, black-out curtains, bed linen
Cleaning: included in the rent, weekly cleanining service of the common areas.

Things to keep in mind
- This is huge apartment. There are nine rooms.
- The apartment is adapted to ten people, who can live in comfortable conditions:
- Three bathrooms: one complete bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), a shower with washbasin and an extra toilet with washbasin. It guarantees always at least one bathroom will be available (comfortable use of the bathrooms as the tenants confirm)
- Kitchen: two fridge-freezers; two dishwashers (You always can load to another dishwasher instead of putting dishes into a sink); Plenty of place so everyone can hold their belongings on their shelves; Utensils, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, all openers, bowls, glasses etc. (all in the right quantities + general rule as tenants think that there is not enough, I buy more.)
- There are: washing machine, electric clothes dryer and standard dryer, ironing board and iron.
- Cleaning: As part of the media fee, every week you receive cleanining service of all common parts. Due to keeping the apartment clean is easier for tenants.
- Rooms are fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, desk with three drawers (instead tables you can see at pictures of our rooms), chair, bookshelf, dresser, night table, desk lamp. You will receive also bedlinen from us.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Rules of the apartment:
- Always respect the peace and the order of the property.
- There is strict no party rule in the apartment (if want to have some fun, the apartment is near Rynek - Market Square, the heart of student night life.
- Smoking in the apartment and in the building/stairway is strictly forbidden.
- There is schedule of 5 chores, each tenant will be told when and what are their responsibilities. Three people are responsible for one chore at the same time, in order to make it easier to keep the apartment clean at all time on top of the weekly cleaning service available.
