The comfortable studios are up to 20m² in size and have beds with a width of 1.60m. The space is divided into a living and sleeping area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Furthermore the studio is well equipped as it includes a flat-screen TV, dishwasher, microwave and much more.

Heiligenstadt is a Viennese district in the 19th municipal district of Döbling, which in recent years has become increasingly attractive with locals as well as with newcomers and tourists. Thanks to the good transport connections, you can live here outside the city and drive downtown or visit the surrounding area as you please. You can discover the vineyards, magnificent villas and mountains with great viewpoints, including the Leopoldberg and the Kahlenberg.
