The Property is adjacent to the Historic Center of Vicenza therefore convenient to all kinds of services (supermarkets, bakery, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, train station, bus station, hospital, banks, post office, gas station...) all within walking distance.
The property in question is on the second floor,has large square footage, 110sqm, very bright thanks to the many large windows. Inside it consists of entrance hall, kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, and a little terrace. The property has been recently renovated and fully furnished to new and with all kinds of appliances and accessories that a home needs.
Fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators, triple set of cookware, dishes, glasses, cups, mugs, and all kitchen equipment.
