The 230 m2 apartment consists of 7 rooms for single use, 4 bathrooms all with windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a large luggage storage room.
It all ends with two terraces and a parking space available in the garage to be agreed with the tenants and a bicycle storage room.
The friendly and youthful environment lends itself to welcoming off-site workers and students ready to live a shared experience but at the same time respecting privacy and tranquility thanks to the large spaces of a convenient and comfortable accommodation in an unserved area and easily accessible by public transport.
Rental fee includes electricity, water, gas, wi fi, condominium expenses and cleaning service of the common areas provided every 10 days.

L’ambiente amichevole e giovanile, si presta ad accogliere lavoratori e studenti fuori sede pronti a vivere un’esperienza in condivisione ma allo stesso tempo, che rispetti privacy e tranquillità grazie agli ampi spazi di un alloggio comodo e confortevole in una zona non servita e facilmente raggiungibile da mezzi di trasporto pubblico.
