Luminoso y bien ventilado estudio que está a diez minutos a pie de la playa. Muy cerca de comercios, bares y restaurantes. Conveniente a todas las universidades de la ciudad, así como el puerto, El Corte Inglés de la Avenida de Francia y los centros comerciales Aqua y El Saler. La estación de trenes de cercanías está a cien metros, así como muchas paradas de autobús y la estación más cercana de Valenbisi. El apartamento está completamente amueblado y la cocina equipada. Por motivos de higiene, no se incluye ropa de cama ni de baño.
