This cozy studio in Avenida del Marqués de Sotelo, in Ciutat Vella, next to the town hall of Valencia is fully furnished. The property is part of a large apartment complex, but is completely independent. The studio receives a lot of light through its large windows, and has a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a full bathroom and plenty of shelf space.

Ciutat Vella is strategically located in the heart of Valencia and will have tons of options to explore in this part of the city, including shops, restaurants and historical places. In addition, the Metro is nearby, so moving around the city will feel effortless.

What we liked the most

  • Ciutat Vella is central and well connected to the rest of the city.
  • Valencia's Central Market is just a couple of blocks away.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook.
  • The apartment has huge windows with lots of sunlight coming in during the day.
