This stylish and spacious studio is available to rent on Calle del Pintor Stolz. The studio opens up into a living room which is furnished with a comfy couch, a TV and 2 single beds that can be folded out from the wall if you have night guests. Through the living area you can step onto a sizable terrace where you have a ding table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need to cook and the bedroom can be separated from the rest of the studio by a curtain.

The apartment is located in a well-connected residential area where you can escape from the hectic city center. Here you live close to some of Valencias best city parks where you can enjoy the sun on lazy afternoons and you will find some shops and restaurants in the streets around the property. The area is well-connected and you can easily reach any part of this beautiful city from here.
