  • ALLOWED LENGTHS OF STAY: Your booking will only be accepted if it lasts until the end of June 2024. We want full course bookings.
  • At the entrance to the property, it is mandatory to pay as a forecast of expenses: 100€ for rooms rents, 200€ for studios and 300€ for apartments.
  • Tenants under 35 years old only
  • Check-in hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 - 14:00 and 16:00-20:00. Check ins made in other hours will charge a fee of 50€
  • The rooms are expected cleaned at the end of the stay. A fee between €50 - €90 will be charged if not.
  • Required documentation: ID / Passport, University/school acceptance letter/ Work contract and payslips.
  • Bed linen: yes, provided
