This is a 5th floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Gravador Esteve, Valencia. There are cozy bedrooms for rent in this furnished property in a trendy L'Eixample.
It is perfect for you if you want to move into a property where you can easily meet new people.
What we liked the most
- Taking showers whenever you want because you don't have to share.
- Stepping out onto the balcony for fresh air.
- Going for relaxing jogs along the Túria River.

The owner provides a weekly cleaning service, weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. Tenants are responsible for the cost of the 4 monthly cleanings.
(Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 20€, this is divided by the number of tenants).
