There are rooms for rent in this tidy 100 m² 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Bèlgica in El Pla del Real. You'll be sharing the kitchen with the live-in landlady, which is well-equipped with an oven and plenty of cupboard space. Both shared bathrooms also have toilets and showers, so you won't be waiting for someone to finish up!

This apartment is in a great spot if you've come to Valencia to study. The University of Valencia is just over a 10-minute walk away, and you'll find a few restaurants nearby where you can grab a bite to eat after a long day studying.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, right down to the pots and pans.
  • This 8th floor apartment has an elevator leading up to it so you won't be climbing all those stairs (phew!)
  • There is a large balcony accessible from the living room, which also has a great view of the street.
  • You'll find public transport nearby so you can easily get around Valencia.
  • The Mercat de Colón is only a 20-minute walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The living room wasn't furnished at the time of our visit, but the landlady is planning to furnish.
  • There is no AC in this apartment, but there is some heating.
