What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Hi everyone! The flat has been renovated recently and I've just installed new double-glazed windows for maximum comfort: to stay warm in winter and cool in summer. Within twelve minutes walk you are in Ruzafa (the 'hip' area with bars and cafes), twenty minutes to the main train station/centre (via Ausias March), and fifteen minutes to the iconic City of Arts and Science. Buses just down the road, tons of supermarkets around, pharmacies, banks, post office, cafes... anything you'd need, including Valenbisi, around the corner. The area is very safe (it's close to a school). Enjoy your stay!

This is a tidy 3rd floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer De Sollana, València. It's got comfort on the brain, particularly in the superbly cosy living room.

This apartment is perfect for those fond of low key living in relaxed neighbourhoods. You're a short walk from the nearest bus stop, which makes commuting pretty easy. Nice.
