What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Estudio individual solo para estudiantes de universidad y jóvenes por trabajo. Se encuentra en un bajo-vivienda con otros tres estudios independientes. El estudio dispone de kitchenette (sin fuego), baño y terraza privados. No se comparte con ninguna otra persona. Es importante recordar que las únicas zonas comunes compartidas aquí son: hall, cocina-salón zona común. El estudio dispone de: cama individual con canapé, escritorio y silla, armario y menaje. Además, hay aire acondicionado frío-calor. Estancia mínima de cinco meses (de enero a mayo). No es posible empadronarse. No se aceptan parejas, ni tampoco mascotas.

El estudio tiene unos 15m2 y dispone de baño privado y kitchenette (fregadero, armarios despensa, nevera y congelador, así como micro-grill). El estudio también cuenta con armario de grandes dimensiones, cama canapé para guardar debajo equipaje y demás, escritorio y silla de trabajo, baldas para dejar libros y demás y terraza amueblada. El baño tiene ducha con mampara, wc, y mueble de baño. Se incluye en el precio: mobiliario, electrodomésticos, menaje de cocina y utensilios.

  • Solo es posible empadronarse en el caso de ser estudiante y con estancia mínima de 6 meses
  • Se establece un mes de fianza.
  • No está permitido alojarse con mascotas.
  • Solicitaremos solvencia económica (contrato, aval, beca) y justificar la estancia en Valencia (contrato, matrícula estudios formativos, etc.).
  • La ropa de cama y toallas no están incluidas en el precio del alquiler, pero podemos ofrecer un pack con ambas por 80€ y dejarlo puesto el día del check-in.
  • Check in entre semana de lunes a viernes en horario de oficina. Cualquier checkin o check-out fuera de horario u en fin de semana tendrá una tarifa de 40€. Tampoco está permitido hacer fiestas, ni fumar o beber.
  • Estancia mínima de 5 meses

How to book

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • ID or Passport
    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
  • Direct debit of the rental payment
    Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
