This interior 3-bedroom apartment has 3 affordable rooms to rent and covers an area of 85 m2. There is 1 shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and a lovely little balcony. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a small dining table, and a flat-screen television. The living room opens out onto the balcony, which has a small table and chairs and looks out over the patio. The kitchen features a gas oven and stove top, a microwave, and has plenty of cupboard space.

The apartment is located on Carrer de Benicarló, in Benimaclet. The neighbourhood is considered to be one of the most exciting, ethnically diverse, and authentic areas in Valencia. The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transport and is perfect for students with the University of Valencia and the Polytechnic University​ both within walking distance.
