You get to live just a few minutes away from Valencia’s Malvarrosa beach. What more could you want? You've also got an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and washing machine.

We think this place would suit some beach-loving friends or a couple that love extra space. The apartment is also great for families! It is very safe, ground floor with no stairs inside or outside (pushchairs) and outside space is safe and can be seen from inside (for example if children are outside).

This is a ground floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer Antonio Ponz, Valencia. You get an equipped kitchen complete with oven, washing machine, and dishwasher.

It is perfect for heading down to the beach on a whim and living an ultra-stylistic lifestyle. Or take a breather on your private patio.

Things to keep in mind

  • The patio is at the base of the building’s air well. You won't get much natural light here, but you'll get some privacy and summer cool.
