Puede ser con retirada de llaves o en persona directamente con el encargado. Fuera de este horario preguntar por la disponibilidad ya que se cobrará un cargo extra en efectivo dependiendo de la hora.

LIMPIEZA:
Si vienes solo o en pareja pagarás la tasa de 50€, si vienes con mascotas la tasa será de 70€. En efectivo, al momento del check - out.

-Los gastos de electricidad y agua están incluidos en el alquiler hasta un límite, por lo que el excedente deberá ser abonado al propietario o descontado del depósito de seguridad.
-El depósito de seguridad se debe entregar al propietario el mismo día del check-in en efectivo o transferencia. Si ha sido entregado en transferencia bancaria se devolverá en un plazo de 5 días hábiles siguientes a la salida.
