This is a 3rd-floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Lleó XIII in Valencia. It has a cute little living room with a balcony at one end, a double bedroom, and a storage room that could double as a second bedroom.

It is perfect for those who want somewhere comfy and convenient. AC and parking makes your life easier, and proximity to cool and edgy Russafa fulfils your entertainment needs.

What we liked the most

  • Staying cool with both a balcony and AC - yay.
