The property has plenty of charm, with a modern open-plan kitchen and living area and stylish furnishings. There are 3 generously sized bedrooms, and a tidy tiled bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is located in Camins al Grau, east of the city centre and a 30-minute walk from the beach. This predominantly residential area is well connected by public transport, and there are plenty of shops and some good local restaurants within easy reach.
