This great 2-bedroom apartment to rent in Alboraya is in a private apartment complex with a swimming pool, tennis court, gym, restaurant, and other amenities. The apartment itself is a good size. The equipped kitchen has a washing machine and a small interior terrace. The bathroom is between the double and twin bedrooms. The living room has a dining area, as well as a big furnished balcony.

Alboraya is a beach village to the north east of Valencia. Public transit can get you into downtown in roughly an hour. Your new home is only 5 minutes away from the beach. There are lots of seaside restaurants nearby. There is a surf school within a 10-minute walk, and the supermarket is 20 minutes away on foot.
