What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Rusafa is a brilliant place to be when visiting Valencia. Walking distance to Colon’ the shopping street , the train station and the town hall squaré Rusafa boasts its own park and fresh market as well. Bars, restaurants , co working facilities ,yoga centers and gyms at your fingertips , just minutes away from my place. If you want to check out the beach, there are three bus stops just minutes away, as is the metro stop that takes you to the airport.

A stylish 2-bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony and AC is available to rent in Eixample. The apartment has a lovely living room with a gorgeous exposed-brick wall, where you can relax on the cozy couch after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook up a storm, including an oven and a microwave.

Both bedrooms have lots of natural light, and Bedroom 1 is well-furnished with a large double bed. Bedroom 2 is charming, and could be used as a nice home office. In the bathroom, you'll find a big, luxurious bathtub.

You'll be living in Eixample, a well-connected neighborhood in central Valencia. Around the area, you'll find lots of delicious restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, and shops to enjoy. And, with a Metro station nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Valencia!
