Hallo lieber Mieter! schön dass Du Dich für uns entschieden hast! Du wirst fünf Min. vom Strand entfernt wohnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem , was Du benötigst für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, etc. Bus und Tram in die Altstadt sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Ich hoffe Du fühlst Dich wie Zuhause in Love Cabanyal! This stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is for rent and is on Carrer del Pare Lluís Navarro, in Poblats Marítims. With a 55 m² footprint, this apartment is as spacious as it is stylish. The kitchen is well-equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven and full-sized refrigerator. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and is very well-decorated.

There are several restaurants, bars and a bakery nearby, as well as a pharmacy and supermarket. The beach is just a quick 10-minute walk away, and the Parque Doctor Lluch is also within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The living room has a table and chairs, so you can sit down to a meal with your flatmates.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • The Polytechnic University of Valencia is a 20-minute walk away.
  • There is a balcony which can be accessed from bedroom 1.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.
  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
