This 2-bedroom apartment is bright and beautifully decorated. The sleek and modern kitchen is separated from the living room by a partial wall, dividing the space while maintaining its openness. Large exterior windows let in lots of sunlight to illuminate the main area, while the bedrooms look onto the interior patio. There's a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom while bedroom 2 is smaller and uses the bathroom in the hall. There is an additional room that can be used as a bedroom for a small child as it comes furnished with a crib, making the property ideal for a family,

The apartment is located slightly north of the Port of Valencia, just two blocks from the beach and several seaside restaurants. There are schools, banks, churches, a hospital, a football field, and lots of bus stops in the immediate area, as well as the Blasco Ibáñez history museum. The Mercadona and Día supermarkets are only a 2- or 3-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The location is perfect for beach bums or anyone who loves to be outdoors!
  • The living area is roomy and well lit, and the dividing wall helps to organize the space.
  • The 2-bedroom set up with an additional room with a crib is ideal for a family.
  • Laundry is easier than ever, thanks to the private washer and dryer!
