Posee cinco dormitorios, dos baños y un aseo. Con piscina privada y una zona ajardinada, preciosa, alrededor de toda la vivienda. ++**En la planta baja:**++ La entrada es directa al comedor que es muy amplio y luminoso. Posee una gran mesa con 6 sillas más otras plegables. En la misma estancia se encuentra el salón, que cuenta con un amplio sofá. Tiene T.V. En la terraza principal hay una gran mesa de madera con capacidad para 6 personas. En la piscina hay sillas y tumbonas. Zona de sombra. La cocina es amplia y moderna, hay una mesa con 4 sillas. Equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, frigorífico, congelador, lavavajillas, campana extractora de humos, y hervidor de agua (kettel). Tiene una galería- despensa. También hay un aseo, baño de cortesía para los invitados. Al lado está el almacén donde se encuentra la lavadora y secadora, la caldera que suministra agua caliente y calefacción por agua a toda la casa. ++**En la planta media:**++ Hay un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio – 1’50cm. ++**En la planta superior:**++ El dormitorio principal (con cama de matrimonio de 1,60m) es muy amplio, con zona de vestidor y un cuarto de baño integrado. El cual tiene una ducha, 1 lavabo e inodoro. El tercer dormitorio también tiene una cama de matrimonio de 1,60cm. El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama individual, convertible en doble y con acceso a un balcón que da a las vistas de la piscina. El quinto dormitorio tiene una cama individual con otra debajo (cama nido). Y tiene acceso directo a una terraza privada (equipada con mesa y sillas). Todas tienen amplios armarios y hay un cuarto de baño común en el pasillo. Este cuarto de baño tiene bañera, lavabo, inodoro y bidet. En la vivienda hay plancha, tabla de planchar, secador pelo, trona y cuna de viaje. Dispone de WIFI y aire acondicionado y calefacción por gas.

Things to keep in mind

“Villa Laura” is near to the Iale International School.

It is an area entirely urbanized with villas.

The city of Valencia is 30 minutes away by car.

It is located next to the Turia Fluvial Park.

It is a wonderful place to spend the summer with the cool breeze and to be a place to relax. It is also a wonderful place for the rest of the year due to the mild climate.

There is a gym called Eliana Sport Gym nearby.

It is perfectly connected by the CV-370. 20 minutes by car from the Manises international airport. Or take exit 16 of CV35, L'Eliana.

Communicated quickly and comfortably also by metro (line 2) or bus.
