The apartment is at ground floor and has a lovely 100mt squared garden with a table for two.
It is shared with a room mate. It has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
If you love to be in contact with the nature from the morning light to the sundown you'll love this house.
Bus stop at 50 and 200 mt to go wherever in the center and out, too. You can go to Politecnico and to the city stations by bus in half an hour.
There's also a taxi stop at 100 mt by the door.
University and Piazza Santa Giulia is at 5 minutes. Bars and restaurants are all at two minutes walk by the door.
And most of all, a kind Landlord to relate with.
