Appartamento in edificio di pregio, ristrutturato completamente nel 2019 e nelle parti comuni dello stabile nel 2008. Silenzioso e ben abitato, in uno dei quartieri più eleganti di Torino (quartiere 1 - centro), a pochi passi dalla stazione treni di Porta Nuova e ben servito da metro, bus aeroporto, servizi.
Attenzione: richiesta massima pulizia e rispetto degli oggetti e dei vicini, essendo l'appartamento dove vivo stabilmente, no caos no feste ne ospiti.
