There are rooms available to rent in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Parraco Antonio Gonzalez Abato in Prado. The living room is well-furnished with a sofa, TV and dining table. Next to the living room is the kitchen which has a bright tiled floor and has a breakfast bar. From the living room you also have access to the bathroom which has a bath/shower, toilet and sink.

This apartment is in a beautiful residential area in Seville and is well-connected to the rest of the city. Across the road is a large park and round the corner are some shops that you may need for day-to-day life.

What we liked the most

  • There are retail stores in the area for when you need that bit of retail therapy.
  • There are bars and restaurants on the opposite side of the park across the road, a great place for socialising with friends.
  • This is a spacious and sleek apartment .
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook.
  • The apartment has a small balcony to relax on on a hot day.
