Being a historic building located in the heart of the city, you can not alter the facade or aesthetics of it, which forces us to preserve the original marble columns that preside over the living room, the large wooden windows and high ceilings of about 5 meters high.

Spotahome's opinion

Modern loft in two heights in the center 2 minutes from the Cathedral of Seville.

Spacious and open space, divided into two floors:

Upper floor, hall with a double sofa bed and a small closet. Then, on the right we find a brand new bathroom with separate toilet area, sink and large shower. The spacious living-dining room and the stairs leading down to the bedroom are at the back, with TV area and office area in front of the kitchenette.

Once you go down the stairs, you will find the master bedroom, of about 30 m2, with a double bed and office space and area.

It has air conditioning, although its use will hardly be necessary because it is a very cool apartment thanks to its thick walls and narrow pedestrian streets. The apartment is located in a typical Andalusian building in Conteros street, characterized by its beautiful interior courtyards and its grateful roofs that are used to hang clothes.

What we liked the most

Its excellent location means that you can be in the very Cathedral of Seville in less than 1 minute walk. You can find a wide gastronomic offer in the surroundings, as well as supermarkets and other types of stores less than 5 minutes walking.
