This 3-bedroom apartment for rent on Calle San Clemente is in the heart of Seville. It’s a fantastic and exceptionally spacious place that is fully-furnished and with 2 bathrooms. Entering the front door, you’ll find yourself in an open-concept dining and living area. There is an elegant glass table where you can have your meals, and the living room has a sofa and two chairs where you can entertain, or relax and watch TV. There is even a balcony here. It’s not a large one, but there is certainly enough room to have a chair and watch the locals pass through the quaint street below.
Located in Centro/Casco Antiquo, you’ll discover a lot of narrow alleys and streets. This is not only the oldest neighborhood in Seville, but the city itself is one of the oldest in Europe. With so much history, you'll sometimes feel like you’re passing through time, especially when you visit the Royal Alcázar Palace, which is 5 minutes away. In fact, you’re situated close to most of the popular sights. Don’t worry: there are plenty of modern conveniences around. The supermarket is a 3-minute walk, there is a health club just down the street, and even a meditation center around the corner. Of course, if that’s not your thing, then pop into one of the numerous cafés or restaurants and chat up the locals!
What we liked the most
- If you love a lot of breathing space, then you'll love how big this apartment is - and it's got a balcony too!
- You're only a 13-minute stroll to the fresh produce at Mercado de la Encarnación, but the supermarket is right around the corner.
- Shops, taverns and cafés are waiting to be found in the maze of narrow streets.
- The Royal Alcázar Palace, and many of Seville's popular tourist sites are within walking distance from your apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is only on the 1st floor, so it may not be a big deal, but be aware that the building has no elevator.
