Cozy, very quite room with a lot of natural light , facing WTC & City hall tower, located on the last, third floor in the heart of city center. The room has nice own balcony no facing any street .
Available: high speed wi-fi ,indoor private lock bike area, special security room lock.
The room has: bunk bed standard size with high quality mattress , working/study table, chair and lamps, a big library shelfs ;comfortable armchair and tea table .
The common area(kitchen, sitting and bath & toilet) is shared.
Very multifunctional room.
For occupancy of two persons the adjusted higher price p/m applicable.
