You will have a spacious day/night room with a double bed and sofa, a kitchen area equipped for cooking, a bathroom, and a large private garden. The entrance area with a large desk and chest of drawers can be used as extra space during the day. The flat is located in a quiet street 600 metres from the metro C stop "Mirti" with everything you need just a short walk away, and is equipped with wi-fi, smart TV, washing machine and bed/bathroom linen.
This tranquil residential area is home to shops, restaurants, and all the essential amenities. The apartment is within walking distance of a beautiful aqueduct which adds to the authentic Roman feel of the property. The apartment also has a smart tv.
