The property is located on the first floor with lift of an elegant building in Via Prenestina close to the exit of Rome's Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) (exit 16).
The flat is composed of a spacious room with an equipped kitchen area, a comfortable double bed that becomes a comfortable sofa and smart TV, a wardrobe with digital safe, and a bathroom. It also has a livable balcony and a reserved outdoor parking space inside the building.
The kitchen area is equipped with an induction cooker, nespresso coffee machine, crockery and pots and pans, microwave/ventilated oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, table and chairs.
The flat can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons.
The flat is equipped with a washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, underfloor heating and air conditioning with directional control system, wi-fi connection.
The flat is sanitised, tidy and equipped with all accessories and detergents for daily cleaning. Included in the rental cost is the tidying up of the flat (cleaning and change of linen), which will be carried out periodically throughout the duration of the contract.
At your arrival you will find a welcome kit for breakfast and courtesy products for the bathroom.
