Charming studio apartment with AC and terrace for rent in the area of Prati. One of the best features of this wonderful apartment is its luminous terrace with outdoor furniture. All necessary appliances are provided, apart from a washing machine.
The apartment is just a short walk from The Vatican and River Tiber. Many shops, restaurants and cafes are located nearby along with attractions such as Castel Sant'Angelo. The apartment is also close to several metro and tramway stations, ensuring easy transportation to other areas of the city.
What we liked the most
- Air conditioning is provided, perfect for summer stays.
- We love the sunny terrace, complete with outdoor furniture.
- The living room sofa converts into a comfortable bed.
- The terrace offers a fantastic sixth floor view of the area.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchenette does not have an oven. However, a fully functioning stove is provided.
- The apartment does not have a washing machine or a drying rack.
